Led by class representatives Yash Nanayakkara and Seritha Radha, and class teacher Miss Hema Ramakrishna, the children visited the home to connect and converse with the elders.
They also planted saplings in the garden as a further service, and, since it was the week of Valentine’s, also provided handmade Valentine’s cards to the elders.

The class donated rations such as milk powder and sugar, and shared a snack of butter cake with the elders.
The experience was very enriching for all the students.
