Manuthi Nesakya Dias of AIS has been admitted to New York University Abu Dhabi (NYUAD) as an Early Decision candidate and will be joining the Class of 2029 this September. She has been awarded financial aid from NYUAD, covering 100% of her tuition, with only half of her accommodation expenses remaining.NYUAD, a global campus of New York University located in the UAE, is a highly selective liberal arts and research university, home to students from over 120 countries. The university is known for its rigorous academics, strong emphasis on undergraduate research, and commitment to developing future global leaders.Having studied STEM subjects at AIS, Manuthi plans to continue in that direction. While she won’t be required to declare a major until the end of her second year, she intends to major in Engineering or Chemistry.
